Char Dham detailed Tour Programme: –
Day 01 : Delhi/ Haridwar (200 kms/ 5 hrs)
0900 Hrs : You will be met at a pickup point (New Delhi Rly. Sta) by our representative and be driven to Haridwar.
1400 Hrs : Approx On arrival check in at the hotel.
1600 Hrs : Evening visit to Mansa Devi Temple and enjoy Aarti at Har ki Pauri.
2000 Hrs. : Dinner

Day 02 : Haridwar/ Kharsali or Barkot (215 kms/ 8 hrs.)
0700 hrs : buffet breakfast will be served at the hotel.
0830 hrs : drive to Kharsali or Barkot via Mussoorie. En route visit Kempty Fall if time
permits. On arrival check in into the hotel, rest of the day is at leisure.
No activities: Acclimatize your mind & body to start a trek next day to Yamunotri
2000 Hrs. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel at Hotel.
Day 03 : Kharsali or Barkot –excursion to Yamuntri Temple. ( 6 kms. Trek – one
way from Kharsali)
0700 hrs. : breakfast will be served at the hotel, from here start your trek to
Yamunotri (6kms). You may go with other options like Pony, Palki, and Doli.

2. Cooked rice – the pilgrims cook rice in hot water kund at take it back home as prasad.
3. Surya Kund – the major hot spring which flows from the vicinity of the temple.

0900 hrs : After late breakfast push over to Gangotri via Harsil On arrival proceed for
your pooja & darshan.

Harsil –on the way to Gangotri Harsil itself is an attraction a destination that has
become popular among travelers in a very short period.
Apple orchards –known for their delicious orchards harsil apples are popular globally.
Gangotri Temple –constructed by Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th century.
Submerged Shivling – according to mythology lord Shiva sat on this rock when he
received GANGA in the matted lock., the rock is only visible during the winters when
the water level goes down.

Day 06 : Uttarkashi/ Guptkashi (Sitapur) (245 kms: 08 hrs)

Day 07 : Guptkashi (Sitapur) / Kedarnath– (Phata – Kedarnath –By Helicopter
or 19 kms By Trek ) –
0600 After early breakfast drive to Phata to board a helicopter shuttle to Kedarnath/ or
drive to Gaurikund where the trekking route starts at Kedarnath
Overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Day 08 : Kedarnath–to Phata –By Helicopter or Trek down to Gaurikund 19

0600 After early breakfast fly to Phata by helicopter shuttle from Kedarnath/ or trek
down to Gaurikund on arrival in Gaurikund/ Phata drive to your hotel.
Overnight stay in Guptkashi/ Sitapur.
Day 09 : Guptkashi (Sitapur)/ Chopta/ Badrinath (230 kms./ 8 hrs)
0800 hrs : After breakfast drive for Badrinath today via Ukimath, Chopta and
Joshimath.
1600 hrs : approx – On arrival in Badrinath check in at your hotel. Later proceed for
darshan and Aarti of Badrinvishal.
2000 hrs Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 10 : Badrinath/ Rudraprayag/ Sri Nagar (195 kms/ 7 hrs.)
Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of
Badri Vishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus).
Badrinath Ji
Badrinath: situated at an elevation of 3133 mts. above sea level, Badrinath is one of the
most celebrated pilgrim destination of the country.
Attractions –
Mana Village – it’s the last Indian village before Tibet, inhabited by the Indo-Mongolian tribe.
Vyas Gufa – a rocky cave in Mana Village, it’s a belief that rishi Vyas scripted the famous
epic of times “Mahabaratha”
Charan Paduka –a beautiful meadow where you can see the footprints of Lord Vishnu on
a boulder Tapt Kund – it’s a natural hot water spring where the devotees take a bath
before entering the temple for pooja, and darshan.
Narad Kund – very next to the Tapt Kund, it believed that the idol of Badrinath Ji was
recovered from this pool.
Vishuprayag – the first prayag, confluence of Dhauliganga and Alakananda River.
1300 hrs : Drive down to Sri Nagar route visiting Rudraprayag
1800 hrs : on arrival check in at your Hotel.

Day 11 : Rudraprayag or Sri Nagar/ Devprayag/ Rishikesh (165 kms/ 6 hrs)

Devprayag: one of the panch prayags where rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi meet and
takes the name Ganga.
Visit Raghunath JI Temple: It is believed that Lord Ram and his father King Dushratha
did penance here. The temple here is believed to have been built more than ten thousand
years ago revealing the history of the existence of Lord Krishna & Lord Rama.
Rishikesh
Rishikesh, the ‘place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is
surrounded by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when
Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this
area henceforth came to be known as Rishikesh.
Parmarth Niketan is one of the most popular ashrams for kids to get a VEDAS education.
